Second Heart was founded in Kyoto to protect the feet of people with diabetes, working toward zero foot amputations. Today we bring that mission to Malaysia and ASEAN.

Most amputations caused by foot disease can be prevented with proper care and early detection. Yet these preventable tragedies keep happening. We exist to break that chain.
We stay close to patients and give them peace of mind. We connect them with medical care and make it easier to reach. By combining technology with human warmth, we aim to become a flag-bearer for foot care the world can be proud of, and to make "zero amputations" the normal goal of society.

Yukihiro Ishida founded Second Heart in Kyoto to improve life for people with diabetes through preventive foot care, and leads the company's expansion into Malaysia and ASEAN.
